KF students enjoyed partner reading today! Students practiced reading together, sharing books with a partner, and talking about the stories they were reading. We love watching our readers grow!
KR read Color Monster with Mrs. Viaud and learned about different feelings and emotions.
These students should be so proud of themselves! They bravely stood in front of our class and delivered wonderful speeches as they ran for Student Council homeroom representatives. We are so proud of their confidence, courage, and hard work!

This week, 3C used dice to make 3-digit numbers used place value charts and number lines to practice rounding and place value.
KR finished their first Star Book, The Little Red Hen. They have been practicing retelling the story.
KR is doing a great job learning the routines during morning meeting. Today they enjoyed greeting as many classmates as they could in 1 minute and played pass the apple with clothespins for the activity.
KR shows off their creativity during makerspace time. They created computers, basketball hoops, animals, cameras, a house and more!!
It’s been a great first few weeks for 4H, from our morning meetings and science experiments to our reading workshops.
International Dot Day is celebrated annually on September 15 to promote creativity, courage, and self-expression, inspired by the book "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. The students in KK expressed their creativity with their own dot creations. 🎨
